The random NBA team generator will generate a random National Basketball Association team from one of the 30 teams that play in the league (see below). If you want to choose between a specific set of NBA teams, you can use our List Randomizer. This will allow you to enter the exact teams you want the generator to choose between instead of all 30 NBA teams. For example, if you wanted a random team between the Houston Rockets, Golden State Warriors, Boston Celtics and Clevland Cavaliers, this would be the random generator to use.
For those who want a random team from the entire NBA roster, this is the perfect tool for you. The generator gives you the option of choosing the number of teams you want to be generated. Once you choose the number, simply press the generate button and a random team or teams will appear depending on the number you chose. Here are a number of reasons why others have used this tool:
Support: If you don't have an NBA team you're already dedicated to, or you're interested in adopting and learning about another NBA team for a year, this is a great way to choose one to follow. It gives you a chance to begin supporting a team without any outside influence in choosing it.
Assigning: If you have a group of friends where various NBA teams need to be assigned to different people, doing it randomly is a good way to avoid conflict or perceived favoritism. This tool can help you do this.
